Summer Camp 2022

For this Summer 2021, Dalton Learning Lab will be offering S.T.E.A.M. summer programs with emphasis on a broad range of skills and topics. Fully utilizing Project Based Learning, these courses will allow students to immerse themselves in technology that will change the future. ​

(S300) Magic of Arduino

Suitable Ages:

9-12

 

Requirements:

Bring your own laptop with charger and pre-installed Google Chrome browser

Programming Experience (Scratch, Micro:bit)

Ability to type effectively

Principal Tool:

C Language (for Robotics) & Arduino UNO

 

Goals:​

  • Acquire foundation of robotics and programming

  • Understand programming sequences, loop concepts and functions

  • Understand basic sensors as well as Arduino Sensor shield

  • Develop design thinking methodology

  • Build real life applications, including traffic lamps, security alarm systems and more
