Katherine (Katie) Lee is an education specialist in Program Management, Coaching, and Leadership Development. She helps organizations reach their potential through strategic design of purpose, processes, and tools, as well as management and development of educational professionals. Her approach is informed by her scientific background and experience as a teacher coach and program manager in both the US and China.

 

Currently, she leads training and staff development at B Lab, the nonprofit organization behind the B Corp movement, which supports companies worldwide to measure, manage, and improve their social and environmental impact.

Katie is deeply committed to education. She works with students as an Advisor at Westtown School, a private K-12 boarding school in Pennsylvania, and she sits on the Board of Directors for an innovative dual-immersion expeditionary learning charter school serving students in low-income communities. Katie has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and has over ten years of experience teaching and coaching educators and facilitators in a diverse array of fields - from biology, chemistry, and neuroscience, to foreign languages, to negotiation and communications.
